    Make a purchase at one of our MMBR card's local business partners' locations. They'll gift a cash value to your MMBR card. Log onto the MMBR app to check your balance. Transactions and gift amounts can take up to 48 hours to show up in the app. Apply your balance directly to MMBR-approved Community Health Services locations. Enjoy your favorite, life-enriching health services with up to 100% being covered by our local community businesses.
